The company was established in 26th September 2007 here in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, East Malaysia. We provide architectural design, master planning, interior design, landscape design, facade & lighting design, project & construction management, contract administration and renovation under design & build or turnkey basis.
We focus in quality design and working drawing production. Each jobs disregard project scale would do it as a challenge with cost effectiveness. An opportunity to explore the possibility of design approach in sustainable and to meet up the client’s expectation.
The principal has been working for the past 9 years in building & development industry from consultation to construction. He worked as an architect prime consultant, project manager, co-ordinator as well as designer for interior and landscape with projects involved such as housing, commercial, institution, hotel & resort, mixed-use development and etc.
Our design principle is sharp and where there is a potential client, there is an outstanding project creation. We aim to become an image which set a local benchmark and focus in sustainable tropical architecture.

Pro Yard
A subsidiary brand of Semi Arch Design & Build which launched in 2014 especially for outdoor planning both commercial and residential project. We provide outdoor planning such as swimming and feature pool deck, courtyard garden, backyard oasis, patio, terrace, balcony, open space, recreation area and etc. We are also gazebo and pergola specialist with wide range of series in different roof forms and materials such as 2 tiers, high pitch, Minangkabau in either tile, asphalt or Belian shingle roof. Customize is available in different sizes and shapes depend on each project basis. We will advice client for the appropriateness of configuration on individual outdoor equipment. The design planning based on Eastern Asian (Japanese, Chinese), South East Asian (Thai, Balinese, Malayan) and Australasia (Australia, New zealand) specifically in tropical approach. We will integrate those outdoor furniture, imported BBQ stove, vase, outdoor curtain, wooden and bamboo blind, light fitting and ceiling fan as enhancement to hold your special occasion during festival season yet personal quality time.
